Group Poll & Meet Times privacy policy

What we receive

When ChatGPT uses Group Poll & Meet Times, it sends our server the inputs for the specific tool it calls (for example the values you asked about). We do not receive your ChatGPT account details, your conversation history, or your name or email address.

What we store

We store each poll you create: its question, options or proposed times, deadline, and the answers people give, with the display name each voter types (no names for anonymous polls). Voters are identified by a one-way hash of an anonymous id from ChatGPT or a random id kept in the voter's browser, so a person can change their vote; we never receive names, emails or account details beyond what people type. We also keep a short list of poll codes per anonymous id so you can find your polls again. Polls expire and are deleted 30 days after their deadline or last proposed date (at most 180 days), and the creator can delete a poll at any time.

Third parties

The plugin does not send your data to any third-party service. All results are computed on our server.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

The plugin is not directed to children under 13.
